The automated email just shows what all we should bring for visa but not the Date and Time. THe calender's help but even if automated email show the data and time it would be great

I've been traveling for the past year, to cover 12 countries in 12 months and have had to apply for a visa for 10 of these countries. In every consulate we've been to, we've always been made to feel like we had to prove our worth to get into the country. However, the visa application process for Uruguay has been my best experience, for a few reasons: 1) I did not need to fill a pointless form with all my details since a copy of my passport should be enough. 2) I felt welcomed and not like a criminal who needed to be interviewed before entering the country 3) The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though English was not their native language. The only negative feedback i have is that it took a very long time (30 days) and we had to extend our stay in Buenos Aires by a week to get our visa.

Sincerely thanks respect Uruguay Consultant trust and longtime efficiency hard working for timely issue visas. Now there are two immature suggestions for your refer: 1. For the applicator, who has already repeatedly obtained Uruguay Visas and owned the good immigration records, whether is possible to kindly simplify visa review procedure and shorten approval duration? 2. Whether could you kindly extend the business visa（multi entrance） expiration from three months to one year or even longer for convenient entrance Uruguay in emergency condition? Best Regards! En mi turno estuvo todo excelente, el trato y la rapidez de 10. Lo único que debo resaltar es que cuando se saca el turno deberían pasar la dirección donde se debe uno presentar. En mi turno, me fui a la embajada, la cual estaba cerrada. De casualidad se me ocurrió dirigirme al consulado, donde me atendieron genial.

Dear Sir/Madam, Here I am writing this mail to seek your generous help on my visa application. Due to the changing from Consulado, my interview of this afternoon (11th Dec 2015) was canceled. I was told I have to re-book the interview online. But now the earliest time which I can book is on 15th Jan, 2016.It means I only can get my visa after 25th Feb, 2016. It is a horrible thing for me, because I have to go back China on 1st March, 2016 according to my requirement of Scholarship. I am visiting professor in architecture program in University Torcuato de Tella supporting by the funding of Chinese government, and my researching area is modern Latin American architecture. Uruguay is one of my key researching topic, because of its many world well-known modern architectural masters. So it is very important for me to visit those modern building designed by those architects, as you may know, for architectural research, we have to visit the building, doing some survey on site and collecting information and data. My plan is to visit Uruguay from the end of Jan 2016 to the beginning of Feb 2016. I fully understand you are very busy, but, please could you tell me how can I get my Uruguay visa before Feb, so I can go to visit those buildings to finish my information collecting work. Me dirijo a ustedes con respecto del turno que tenia el 9 de diciembre a la s 15 hs. para renovar el pasaporte. Dado la cancelación sin previo aviso el cual me enteré al concurrir a Consulado les solicito me puedan otorgar otro en el mismo horario el 14 de diciembre en el lugar que dieron de atención en la calle Paraguay y Montevideo. el servicio en el consulado de Uruguay en buenos aires es fantástico. única queja hasta ahora es el tiempo que lleva para tener la visa es demasiado largo. estoy seguro de que la migración esta trabajando sobre ese tema. por eso le doy solo 3 estrellas.

Cuando llegué al consulado estaba cerrado y habia un cartel en la puerta que decia "Cerrado hasta nuevo aviso". Quisiera saber como sigo con el trámite ya que tengo mis pasajes y estadias comprados, Me van a reprogramar el turno o yo debo sacar uno nuevamente??? Porque no me enviaron un email con anticipación para ya cambiar las fechas de mi viaje? Ahora, como debo proceder???

Los personales son geniales al igual que el servicio. Pero no entiendo porque después de la aplicación hay que esperar casi un mes para recibir una respuesta. Si una persona tiene una urgencia para ir a Uruguay entonces estas frito jaja. Pero vale la pena esperar es un lindo país muy seguro y muy tranquilo.

Ha sido muy buena y eficaz la atención recibida en el Consulado cuando me presenté para renovar mi pasaporte , el día 3 de agosto. Gracias !
